TOKYO, April 20 (Reuters) - Crude futures fell on Wednesday
after Kuwaiti oil workers ended a three-day strike that had cut
the nation's crude output by around half, with worries about an
oversupplied market returning to the fore.

Wednesday after heavy rains and flooding killed at least six

SYDNEY/WELLINGTON, April 20 (Reuters) - Australian shares
rose nearly 0.5 percent on Wednesday as stronger commodity
prices pushed the index to more than a 3-1/2-month high, with
miners leading the way.

LONDON, April 19 (Reuters) - Brent futures prices are
signalling the market expects a rapid tightening of the
supply-demand balance in the second half of 2016.

MELBOURNE, April 20 (Reuters) - BHP Billiton is considering
giving up its coal stakes in Indonesia, where it recently
started producing coal, amid uncertainty over Indonesian
regulations and a weak outlook for coal.

UNITED NATIONS, April 19 (Reuters) - The United Nations
Security Council expressed serious concern on Tuesday over the
failure of South Sudanese rebel leader Riek Machar to return to
Juba to take up his old post as deputy to President Salva Kiir
as part of a peace deal.
