COJIMIES, Ecuador, April 20 (Reuters) - A 6.2 earthquake
shook the coast of Ecuador on Wednesday, just days after a
bigger quake battered the area and killed nearly 500 people in a
blow to the country's already fragile economy.

BAGHDAD, April 20 (Reuters) - Iraq's powerful Shi'ite cleric
Moqtada al-Sadr on Wednesday called for renewed protests after
the nation's politicians missed a deadline he gave to vote on a
cabinet of technocrats proposed by Prime Minister Haider
al-Abadi to tackle corruption.

DUBAI, April 20 (Reuters) - Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
countries and the United States have agreed to carry out joint
patrols to stop any Iranian arms shipments reaching Yemen, the
bloc's secretary general, Abdullatif al-Zayani, said on
Wednesday.

days after a major quake hit the country killing nearly 500
people.

AMSTERDAM, April 20 (Reuters) - Russia said a Dutch court's
ruling in the $50 billion Yukos arbitration dispute meant the
defunct oil giant's shareholders could no longer sue in national
courts around the world in order to seize Russian state assets
in compensation.

MOSCOW, April 20 (Reuters) - Venezuelan Oil Minister Eulogio
Del Pino warned on Wednesday that global oil stocks were nearly
full and the oil price could collapse if producers did not
resume talks about freezing output levels.

AMSTERDAM, April 20 (Reuters) - In a victory for Moscow, a
Dutch court on Wednesday overturned an order that Russia pay $50
billion to shareholders in defunct oil company Yukos, saying
that the Hague-based Permanent Court of Arbitration had no
jurisdiction.

Sudan said an unexplained delay of a rebel leader's return to
the capital Juba to form a unity government with his rival
