BRUSSELS, April 20 - European Union antitrust regulators are
set to warn U.S. oil industry services group Halliburton Co
that its plan to buy Baker Hughes will hurt
competition, two people familiar with the matter said on
Wednesday.

Indonesian coal ports have blocked ships from leaving to the

The Senate overwhelmingly passed a long-term reauthorization of the Federal Aviation Administration on Tuesday, kicking the measure over to the House, where similar efforts have stalled.
