BRASILIA, April 20 (Reuters) - Beleaguered Brazilian
President Dilma Rousseff will travel to New York in a bid to
rally international support against her impeachment, leaving
behind a Cabinet paralyzed by political crisis as another
minister defected on Wednesday.
