RIYADH, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia will cut ministers'
salaries by 20 percent and scale back financial perks for public
sector employees, according to a cabinet statement and royal
decree broadcast on state-run Ekhbariya TV on Monday.

Bangkok-based Thai Solar Energy Co. last week said that its board agreed to move forward with investments in three biomass projects in southern Thailand.
