BAKU, Sept 27 (Reuters) - A fire at Azerbaijan's Guneshli
oil field was extinguished on Tuesday, the state energy company
SOCAR said.

LAUNCESTON, Australia, Sept 27 (Reuters) - Major oil
exporters clearly would like higher crude prices and may even be
