ALGIERS, Sept 25 (Reuters) - All options are possible for
OPEC concerning a cut or freeze of output with oil producers
agreed on the need to stabilize the market, Algerian Energy
Minister Noureddine Bouterfa said on Sunday.

AMMAN, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Russian and Syrian forces bombed
a strategic camp on the northern edge of Aleppo on Sunday after
losing control of it overnight, both rebels and the Syrian army
said.

dominant state banks to list on the local stock exchange to help

Correa said on Saturday he hopes OPEC countries will reach an
agreement to stabilize the oil market at the upcoming meeting in
Algeria, warning of "serious risks" for the group if they do
reach a deal.

BEIRUT, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Syrian rebels expect to receive
new types of heavy weapons from their foreign backers in
response to the collapse of a truce and a Russian-backed
government offensive, but nothing amounting to a major shift in
support, a rebel leader said on Saturday.

LAGOS, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Nigerian militant group the Niger
Delta Avengers said on Saturday it had carried out its first
attack in the country's southern energy hub since it declared in
August it was halting hostilities to pursue talks with the
government.

BEIRUT, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Syrian government forces seized
ground from rebels north of Aleppo on Saturday, tightening their
siege on the city's opposition-held east as it came under fierce
air strikes in a major offensive by the Russian-backed army.

BEIRUT, Sept 24 (Reuters) - A Syrian government offensive on
rebel-held areas of eastern Aleppo killed at least 25 people on
Saturday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.
