grill President-elect Donald Trump's pick to run the Department
of the Interior, Representative Ryan Zinke of Montana, during a
confirmation hearing on Tuesday that was likely to focus on how
he would balance development and conservation on America's vast
public lands.

, France's third-biggest power vendor, targets 4
million clients in France by 2020 from a present 2.1 million and
is considering buying new gas-fired plants to boost generation
capacity, its chief executive said.

SAO PAULO, Jan 17 (Reuters) - Brazil's busiest pipeline of
bond and equity offerings in at least six years is being fueled
by increasing investor confidence in the country's ability to
emerge from a harsh recession and shrug off global market
turmoil, bankers said.
