Kiev power outage in Dec was cyber attack -Ukrenergo

KIEV/MILAN, Jan 18 (Reuters) - A power blackout in Ukraine's
capital Kiev last month was caused by a cyber attack and
investigators are trying to trace other potentially infected
computers and establish the source of the breach, utility
Ukrenergo told Reuters in emailed comments on Wednesday.

Kenya's Lake Turkana wind power scheme readying for production by end June

scheme, the Lake Turkana Wind Power project in Kenya, should be
fully connected to the national electricity grid and producing

European spot power prices down on supply, forwards rise

fell sharply early on Wednesday as thermal supply rose and
