The fully-operational Comanche project involves pipeline development and natural gas gathering and processing located in Ward, Reeves, and Pecos counties of West Texas.

The 100%-owned Kennady North Project was recently acquired through a business combination with Kennady Diamonds Inc.
Three drill rigs have been active on the program, with one drill dedicated to delineation drilling on Faraday 2, a second drill dedicated to geotechnical drilling on the Faraday kimberlites, and the third drill testing exploration targets within the Kelvin-Faraday Corridor.
A total of 38 drill holes were completed for a program total of 6,826 metres.

The firm announced the commitment by the PL740 Brasse Joint Venture partners (Faroe 50% and operator and Point Resources 50%) to drill the Brasse East exploration well and award the associated rig contract, with commencement of drilling operations expected in Q4 2018.

Changes to Mexico’s retail gasoline and diesel fuel markets, combined with low utilization of Mexico’s petroleum refineries, resulted in increased gasoline imports from the United States. Although Mexico is a relatively large crude oil producer, Mexico relies on imports of gasoline from the United States to meet domestic demand.

(Thu, 24 May 2018) Egypt is the largest non-OPEC oil producer in Africa and the third-largest dry natural gas producer on the continent. The country also serves as a major transit route for oil shipped from the Persian Gulf to Europe and to the United States. Substantial natural gas discoveries have generated significant interest among business investors and may potentially boost production and allow Egypt to become a net exporter again in the medium term.

Clean energy advocates rejoiced as legislation was passed today in New Jersey that will support the development of a massive amount of renewable energy, specifically community solar, energy storage, offshore wind and energy efficiency. The bill also props up nuclear power in the state with the establishment of zero-emission certificates.

To address some of these challenges, Nidec Industrial Solutions, has unveiled a battery-based, ultra-fast charger (UFC) for electric vehicles (EVs).

Virginia is taking the next step in growing the infrastructure necessary to support the offshore wind supply chain with the release of an RFP seeking an expert to develop a plan to strengthen the state’s existing assets.
