LAGOS, Sept 4 (Reuters) - Militant attacks on energy
facilities in Nigeria's southern Niger Delta threaten to cripple
the country's state oil company if allowed to go unchecked, it
said on Sunday.
DUBAI, Sept 4 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia led Gulf stocks
higher on Sunday as Riyadh eased restrictions on foreign
