Crude edges down on oil glut worries

TOKYO, Sept 5 (Reuters) - Crude prices inched down on Monday
in Asia, paring 3 percent gains in the previous session amid
worries over a global oil glut.

DUBAI, Sept 4 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia led Gulf stocks

Vladimir Putin, in a speech at the G20 summit in China, struck
an upbeat tone on the Russian economy, saying it had stabilised,
and pledged to cut the country's budget deficit as well as its
dependency on oil and gas exports.
