SARAJEVO, Sept 17 (Reuters) - Bosnia's top court upheld a
ban on a national holiday in the autonomous Serb Republic,
saying its date, which coincides with an Orthodox Christian
holiday, discriminated against the region's Muslims Bosniaks and
Catholic Croatians.

SHANGHAI, Sept 17 (Reuters) - China is bracing for its
second typhoon in a week after government raised their alert to
"orange" for Typhoon Malakas on Saturday, just as southeastern
provinces continue to clean up after an earlier, stronger storm,
state news agency Xinhua reported.

a U.S. securities filing on Friday that its top executives were
assured by Tesla Motors Inc Chief Executive Elon Musk
that drivers of the company's electric cars would not be allowed
to take their hands off the wheel when using the "Autopilot"
driving assistance system, but Tesla later allowed hands-free
driving over Mobileye's objections.
