SYDNEY, Sept 28 (Reuters) - Severe storms and thousands of
lightning strikes knocked out power to the entire state of South
Australia on Wednesday, authorities said, leading to port
closures and commuter chaos.

74 major coal mines to increase thermal coal output by another

on a meeting on Monday.

Tuesday approved a law that permits the reactivation of the
Caribbean island's 235,000 barrel-per-day refinery, operated by
