LAUNCESTON, Australia, Sept 29 (Reuters) - Under-promise and
then over-deliver is a well-worn tactic to boost one's fortunes,
with OPEC's somewhat woolly promise to cut crude oil output the

Ukraine ups gas imports from Europe - Ukrtransgaz

KIEV, Sept 29 (Reuters) - Ukraine has increased its daily
imports of natural gas from European countries to 53.3 million
cubic metres (mcm) from around 50 million, Ukrainian state-run
gas transport company Ukrtransgaz said on Thursday.
