SAO PAULO, Nov 28 (Reuters) - The Brazilian government is
preparing a program to stimulate ethanol production with the aim
of curbing the country's gasoline imports, the energy minister
said on Monday, at a time when local refining capacity is
expected to plateau.
MOSCOW, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin
and his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani agreed in a telephone
call on Monday to coordinate steps on global oil and gas
markets, the Kremlin said.
