SYDNEY, Nov 29 (Reuters) - Warm seas around Australia's
Great Barrier Reef have killed two-thirds of a 700-km (435
miles) stretch of coral in the past nine months, the worst
die-off ever recorded on the World Heritage site, scientists who
surveyed the reef said on Tuesday.

ASTANA, Nov 29 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan's Energy Minister,
Kanat Bozumbayev, has not yet decided whether to attend the
meeting of OPEC members and other oil producers in Vienna, he
told Reuters on Tuesday.

There are short-term incentives, under the pressure of summitry, to come up with something - anything! - but the underlying problems mean that any deal reached is unlikely to have much substance or longevity.

Almost all of this growth is attributable to increasing exports to Mexico, which have accounted for more than half of all U.S. natural gas exports since April 2015. rise from 4.5 trillion yuan ($653 billion) last year to more
than 10 trillion by 2020, lifting its share of gross domestic
product from 2.1 percent to 3 percent.
