CfA Asks Florida AG to Investigate Residential Solar Industry

The Campaign for Accountability (CfA) asked Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi to open up an investigation into companies that offer residential solar panels in Florida. The group claims that some solar companies are using misleading sales practices and targeting elderly consumers, who are particularly susceptible to these tactics. The claims are based on a review of complaints filed with the Florida AG since 2011.

million barrels per day (bpd) last month, Russian energy
minister Alexander Novak told president Vladimir Putin on
Wednesday, citing preliminary data.

U.S. Army takes steps to review Dakota Access pipeline

WASHINGTON, Feb 1 (Reuters) - The U.S. Army on Wednesday
said it had taken initial steps to "expeditiously review
requests for approvals to construct and operate" Energy Transfer
Partners LP's Dakota Access pipeline, but that the move
does not mean the project's easement has been approved.

UPDATE 1-LVMH to tighten grip on eyewear business with Marcolin deal

MILAN, Feb 1 (Reuters) - French luxury goods group LVMH
will set up a design and manufacturing joint venture
with spectacles maker Marcolin, and take a 10 percent stake in

Feb 1 (Reuters) - Natural gas pipeline company Oneok Inc
said it would buy the remainder of the company for $9.3
billion, adding to a string of master limited partnerships deals
aimed at simplifying structures and increasing returns.
