COPENHAGEN, April 29 (Reuters) - Aker Solutions posted first-quarter earnings far below expectations on Wednesday as the Norwegian oil services firm continued to struggle with a sluggish oil industry coping with low oil prices.
BANGKOK, April 29 (Reuters) - Southeast Asian stock markets extended losses on Wednesday, with Indonesian large caps underperforming, as the Federal Open Market Committee wraps up its two-day meeting later in the day. However, Thai banks regained early lost ground before an interest rate decision.
Like the green shoots of spring, the mill price increases are small. But poking up from the barren landscape of the past few months, they are being seen as welcome relief by sheet producers and distributors alike.
