NEW DELHI/MOSCOW, Dec 11 (Reuters) - India's Essar Group has secured a $330 million loan from Russian bank VTB to delist shares in its oil refining subsidiary Essar Oil Ltd , two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.
The mandate may provide a small uptick in demand for the blendstock, but it will not put a dent in a forecast crash in Australia’s overall use of biofuels.
