groups, said on Monday it had signed an agreement with Shenhua
Ningxia Coal Industry Group to build a petrochemical

TORONTO, May 30 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index edged
lower on Monday as oil seesawed and gold fell to a 3-1/2-month
low, while financials firmed ahead of a potential increase in
U.S. interest rates this summer.
TRIPOLI, May 30 (Reuters) - Turkey's foreign minister said
during a visit to Tripoli on Monday that his country hoped to be
the first to reopen its embassy in the Libyan capital, following
the arrival of a U.N.-backed unity government at the end of
March.
