Puerto Rico's PREPA says will make full debt payment on Friday

SAN JUAN, June 30 (Reuters) - Puerto Rico's semi-public
power utility, known as PREPA, on Thursday said it would make
all of a $415 million debt payment due on Friday, a relief for
bond insurers who might have been on the hook in the event of
default.

overturned the approval of Enbridge Inc's Northern
Gateway oil pipeline, adding another steep obstacle to a project

Fidelity OTC fund boosted SolarCity stake by 20 pct in May

BOSTON, June 30 (Reuters) - The Fidelity OTC Portfolio, the
largest fund investor in SolarCity Corp, boosted its
stake in the company by 20 percent in May, just weeks before
Tesla Motors offered to buy the solar panel maker for about $2.8
billion.

June 30 (Reuters) - Canadian chemical maker Superior Plus
Corp said it scrapped the acquisition of rival Canexus
Corp as they could not agree on terms, two days after
the C$324 million ($251 million) deal was approved by Canada's
antitrust regulator.
