AMSTERDAM, July 12 (Reuters) - An arbitration court in The
Hague will rule on Tuesday in a dispute about the South China
Sea in which the Philippines is challenging China's right to
exploit resources across vast swathes of the strategic
territory.
SINGAPORE, July 12 (Reuters) - Oil prices remained near
two-month lows from the previous trading session on Tuesday as
financial traders lost confidence in a recent price rally,
switching positions in anticipation of lower prices.

WASHINGTON, July 11 (Reuters) - The United States on Monday
condemned the violence in South Sudan and said it would hold

fighting "fully accountable," the White House's national
security adviser said.
