July 18 (Reuters) - Murray Energy Corp, one of
the largest privately held U.S. coal miners, is working with
investment banks to renegotiate terms of its credit agreements
in a bid to stave off bankruptcy, people familiar with the talks
said on Monday.

million settlement with the United States on Monday to resolve
air quality violations at six refineries in Western states, the

Alfa posted a 70.9 percent drop in profits in the second
quarter, dragged down by a depreciation in the peso currency,
the company said on Monday.

walked out of a meeting with the economy minister on the nuclear
