UPDATE 2-Rig builder Keppel hit by weak marine market

SINGAPORE, July 21 (Reuters) - Second-quarter profits at
Singaporean rigbuilder Keppel Corp fell 48 percent
from a year ago, weighed down by lower revenues at its offshore
and marine segment.

GasTerra seeks $1 bln in back payments from Eni via arbitration

AMSTERDAM, July 21 (Reuters) - Dutch gas wholesaler GasTerra
said on Thursday it would seek an arbitration ruling against Eni
to recover 918 million euros ($1.01 billion) in back
payments it said it was owed after the Italian oil and gas group
lost a price review arbitration.

July 21 (Reuters) - Canadian oil and gas producer Encana
Corp reported an unexpected quarterly operating profit,
helped by a cost-cutting drive, and said it would raise its 2016
capital expenditure program.

France and Ireland grid operators take 1 bln euros cable project to next phase

PARIS, July 21 (Reuters) - French electricity grid operator
RTE and Ireland's EirGrid said on Thursday they are taking their
1 billion euros ($1.1 billion) subsea electricity cable project
linking Ireland and France to the next phase following the
completion of feasibility studies.
