DONG Energy has been granted consent for development of the Hornsea Project Two offshore wind farm. Sited 89 kilometers off the east coast of Yorkshire, England, the 1.8-GW project will consist of up to 300 turbines. A project of epic proportions, Hornsea Project Two dwarfs all other offshore wind farms planned to date.
