UPDATE 1-Canada-U.S. oil pipelines resume operations after activists halt flow

NEW YORK, Oct 12 (Reuters) - Five oil pipelines disrupted by
environmental protesters were back up and running on Wednesday,
although at least one of the lines that carry millions of
barrels of crude from Canada to the United States was operating
at reduced rates.

United States increased 10 percent in September versus the
previous month to 786,835 barrels per day (bpd) due to larger
exports of crude blends, according to Thomson Reuters Trade
Flows data.
