CARACAS, Oct 21 (Reuters) - Outraged opposition leaders
vowed on Friday to focus their battle to remove socialist
President Nicolas Maduro on peaceful street protests after
judicial and electoral authorities shot down their drive for a
referendum against him.
MUMBAI, Oct 21 (Reuters) - India's telecoms regulator on
Friday recommended the top three network operators be fined a
combined 30.5 billion rupees ($455 million), saying they were
denying new entrant Reliance Jio sufficient interconnection

extending its second-best streak of no cuts into a 17th straight
week, with analysts expecting more additions as crude prices
