LONDON, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Greenhouse gas emissions in 2030
will exceed by 12 billion to 14 billion tonnes what is needed to
keep global warming to an internationally agreed target, the
United Nations said on Thursday.

PARIS, Nov 3 (Reuters) - French utility EDF said on
Thursday it had postponed the restart of five of its nuclear
reactors until the end of the year, sending French and German
electricity prices to new highs.
