Nov 16 (Reuters) - The rooftop solar industry has slowed
sharply this year as the sector moved from one of scrappy
upstarts to a mature business.

CARACAS, Nov 16 (Reuters) - OPEC countries are ready to
reach a "forceful" agreement on cutting oil output, Venezuelan
President Nicolas Maduro said on Wednesday, following a meeting
with OPEC Secretary-General Mohammed Barkindo in Caracas.

NEW YORK, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Oil production in North Dakota
dropped more than 10,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) in September, the
state Industrial Commission reported on Wednesday, citing
continued weakness in oil prices.

BOGOTA, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Colombia's coal output rose 17.6
percent to 23.4 million tonnes in the third quarter, the Energy
