WASHINGTON, Nov 17 (Reuters) - The U.S. National
Transportation Safety Board said Thursday it is investigating a
natural gas pipeline explosion that killed one and injured 11 in
Canton, Illinois.

LAGOS, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Nigeria's largest airline, Arik
Air, has reduced the number of domestic flights it offers due to
a scarcity of aviation fuel, its spokesman said on Thursday, the
latest carrier to limit services due to a currency squeeze in
the country.

BEIRUT, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's crude oil exports
rose to 7.812 million barrels per day (bpd) in September as the
world's top oil exporter increased shipments by 507,000 bpd
versus August, official data showed on Thursday.

NEW YORK, Nov 17 (Reuters) - The company behind the
controversial Dakota Access crude pipeline will seek to complete
the project even if protests against its construction continue,
its chief executive told the PBS NewsHour television news
program late on Wednesday.

SOFIA, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Bulgarian prosecutors charged
former economy and energy minister Rumen Ovcharov on Thursday
with mismanagement that led to state losses of more than 190
million euros ($200 million) related to a cancelled nuclear
power project with Russia's Atomstroyexport.
