NEW YORK, Nov 17 (Reuters) - The company behind the
controversial Dakota Access crude pipeline will seek to complete
the project even if protests against its construction continue,
its chief executive told the PBS NewsHour television news
program late on Wednesday.
SOFIA, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Bulgarian prosecutors charged
former economy and energy minister Rumen Ovcharov on Thursday
with mismanagement that led to state losses of more than 190
million euros ($200 million) related to a cancelled nuclear
power project with Russia's Atomstroyexport.

NEW DELHI, Nov 17 (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - Social
enterprises in India could attract up to $8 billion in
investment by 2025, eight times more than in 2015, due to the

Perpetuus Tidal Energy Centre, a consortium that includes Perpetuus Energy Ltd. and the Isle of Wight Council, today announced a partnership with tidal turbine manufacturers Schottel Hydro GmbH and Tocardo Tidal Turbines to develop a 30 MW tidal project off of the Isle of Wight, England.
