WASHINGTON, Nov 21 (Reuters) - President-elect Donald
Trump's shortlist of candidates to lead the U.S. Department of
Interior has employees and environmental advocates fearful of a
shift in the agency's direction, from one focused on preserving
public lands to one that would open them up to more drilling and
mining.

tear gas and water at hundreds of protesters in the freezing
North Dakota weather late Sunday and early Monday, in the latest

Nov 21 (Reuters) - Tropical depression 16 has strengthened
into Tropical Storm Otto east of Nicaragua over the Atlantic,

RIYADH, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia will establish a
national program to optimise water and energy consumption, it
announced in a cabinet statement on Monday, further moves in
areas where the government is seeking to cut back huge

Partners LP and Energy Transfer Partners (ETP),
both of which are controlled by general partner Energy Transfer
Equity LP, said on Monday they would combine in a
corporate consolidation to cut borrowing and operating costs.
