Nov 21 (Reuters) - Tropical depression 16 has strengthened
into Tropical Storm Otto east of Nicaragua over the Atlantic,
the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Monday.

RIYADH, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia will establish a
national program to optimise water and energy consumption, it
announced in a cabinet statement on Monday, further moves in

opened a criminal probe into an employee of commodities group
Trafigura as part of a wider investigation into suspected
corruption at Brazil's state oil company Petrobras,
