LONDON, Dec 6 (Reuters) - European shares edged lower in
early trading on Tuesday, with commodities-related stocks coming
under pressure following a drop in prices of crude oil and
industrial metals.

* OPEC's November production seen at record 34.19 million

SYDNEY, Dec 6 (Reuters) - Papua New Guinea's petroleum
minister on Tuesday played down threats of disruptions to
ExxonMobil's $19 billion PNG LNG project due to landowners being
unable to buy a stake in the project by the end of this year.

* Financials weighed as insurance regulator punishes Baoneng
Group unit

(Tue, 06 Dec 2016) Spectra Energy Corporation has almost completed the first two natural gas pipeline projects in New England since 2010. On November 1, Spectra placed part of the Algonquin Incremental Market (AIM) project into service, following the late-October approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The remainder of the project is expected to be completed this month.

(Tue, 06 Dec 2016) U.S. crude oil production averaged 9.4 million barrels per day (b/d) in 2015, and it is forecast to average 8.9 million b/d in 2016 and 8.8 million b/d in 2017.

SYDNEY, Dec 6 (Reuters) - Adani Enterprises' $16
billion Carmichael mine in Australia's Queensland state is "back
on track", with early construction work due to start in June or
July next year, Adani Australia chief executive Jeyakumar
Janakaraj said on Tuesday.

MEXICO CITY, Dec 5 (Reuters) - Mexico on Monday auctioned
eight out of ten deep water oil and gas blocks up for grabs in
the Gulf of Mexico, and scored a joint venture for a major crude
field in the most hotly-anticipated round of the country's
energy opening so far.
