EU may send team to Libya if peace talks succeed

RIGA, March 6 (Reuters) - The European Union might send a team to Libya to monitor a ceasefire or to protect infrastructure if United Nations-backed peace talks lead to a settlement between contending factions, the EU's head of foreign policy said on Friday.

March 6 (Reuters) - An Illinois emergency management official said on Friday that 21 tank cars derailed, seven were damaged, and were five still on fire after a BNSF oil train accident on Thursday near the town of Galena.
