The additional states include: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Kansas, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, and West Virginia. Estimates for the ten states were previously included in the 'other states' total. Estimates for production back to January 2015 now include the new breakout.
