Energy Update

Relative to other renewable energy power sectors, such as wind and solar power that have experienced explosive growth over the past several years, biomass power has played a minor role in the development of the Chinese renewable energy power industry over the same period. 

India, the world’s third-biggest polluter, pledged to slow the rise of greenhouse gases produced by its growing economy and to rapidly build up clean energy sources, becoming the last major country to submit its plan for tackling global warming emissions.
