SEOUL, Oct 15 (Reuters) - South Korea's crude oil imports from Iran jumped 43 percent in September from a year ago, though shipments in the first nine months of 2015 fell 4.5 percent, reflecting sanctions restricting buying over Tehran's nuclear programme.
