LAUNCESTON, Australia, Nov 9 (Reuters) - - It's becoming harder to work out who are the most rational players in the global iron ore and steel markets, where contradictions are multiplying amid the persistent supply glut.
(Mon, 09 Nov 2015) A new type of renewable diesel fuel is meeting the growing demand for renewable biofuels, which is driven by biofuel mandates and customer demands for higher quality. Unlike other biofuels, hydroprocessed esters and fatty acids (HEFA) fuels are nearly indistinguishable from their petroleum counterparts. Worldwide, more than a billion gallons of HEFA fuels were produced in 2014.
NEW YORK, Nov 8 (Reuters) - The average price of gasoline in the United States rose less than a cent over the past two weeks, breaking a 19-week-long decline when the price plummeted by 63 cents per gallon, according to a Lundberg survey released on Sunday.

Global miner BHP Billiton is expected to open sharply lower after a 3.6 percent slide in its U.S. ADRs. The local share price index futures slipped 0.5 percent to 5,194 or a 21-point discount to the underlying S&P/ASX 200 index close on Friday. The benchmark dipped 0.5 percent last week.
