HELSINKI, April 14 (Reuters) - Finnish utility Teollisuuden
Voima (TVO) has applied for an operating licence for its
much-delayed Olkiluoto 3 nuclear reactor, saying it is on track
to start production in late 2018.

SINGAPORE, April 14 (Reuters) - Oil traders have ramped up
their bets in the futures and options market that April's rally
will run out of steam, as the outlook for demand weakens and
with few clear signs of an end in sight to a supply glut.

(Thu, 14 Apr 2016) Working natural gas inventories ended the winter heating season at 2,478 billion cubic feet (Bcf), exceeding the previous end-of-March record high of 2,473 Bcf, set in 2012, according to EIA's Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report. Inventory withdrawals during the traditional heating season (November through March) were relatively limited this year because of winter weather that was the warmest on record and continued high levels of domestic natural gas production.

JAKARTA, April 14 (Reuters) - Indonesia will investigate
