QUITO, April 16 (Reuters) - Ecuador's strongest earthquake
in decades, a 7.8 magnitude tremor, struck off the Pacific coast
on Saturday, killing at least 41 people and causing damage near
the epicenter as well as in the largest city of Guayaquil.
BRASILIA, April 17 (Reuters) - Brazil's lower house of
Congress will decide on Sunday whether to recommend impeaching
President Dilma Rousseff on charges of manipulating budgetary
accounts, in a vote that could hasten the end of 13 years of
leftist Workers Party rule.
