UPDATE 1-Austria's OMV signs MoU to revive activities in Iran

VIENNA, May 4 (Reuters) - Austria's OMV signed a
memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Iranian Oil
Company (NIOC) on Wednesday as it looks to revive its activities
in Iran.

May 4 (Reuters) - U.S. refiner HollyFrontier Corp
reported a 91 percent fall in quarterly profit hurt by a steep
fall in refining margins and lower refinery utilization rate.

Miners lead Australia shares lower in profit-taking spree

Almost all U.S. gasoline is blended with 10% ethanol

(Wed, 04 May 2016) Blends of petroleum-based gasoline with 10% ethanol, commonly referred to as E10, account for more than 95% of the fuel consumed in motor vehicles with gasoline engines. Ethanol-blended fuels are one pathway to compliance with elements of the federal renewable fuel standard (RFS). The total volume of ethanol blended into motor fuels used in the United States has continued to increase since 2010, albeit at a declining rate of growth.

Rio Tinto's ERA to sell stockpiled uranium to cover mine closure

MELBOURNE, May 4 (Reuters) - Rio Tinto's Energy
Resources of Australia said on Wednesday it plans to
sell uranium from a stockpile over the next four years to fund
the closure of its Ranger mine, while it tries to keep options
open to develop a new mine.
