UPDATE 1-Better weather expected to damp down Canadian wildfire

CALGARY, Alberta, May 19 (Reuters) - Firefighters battling a
wildfire that has threatened oil sands facilities north of Fort
McMurray, Alberta, looked to cooler weather, a change in winds
and the promise of rain to help them on Thursday.

UPDATE 1-Tanker begins delayed oil loading at Libya's Hariga -officials

BENGHAZI, Libya, May 19 (Reuters) - A tanker that had been
blocked for three weeks in a stand-off over oil exports at the
eastern Libyan port of Marsa al-Hariga entered the port and
began loading on Thursday, officials said.
