BENGHAZI, Libya, May 19 (Reuters) - A tanker that had been
blocked for three weeks in a stand-off over oil exports at the
eastern Libyan port of Marsa al-Hariga entered the port and
began loading on Thursday, officials said.

Renewable energy is growing worldwide, with a six-fold increase in non-hydro renewables over the last decade from 85 GW to 657 GW.

CAIRO, May 19 (Reuters) - Russia will loan Egypt $25 billion

DUBAI, May 19 (Reuters) - The International Monetary Fund
backed Saudi Arabia's sweeping economic reform plan on Thursday
and said the kingdom was cutting spending at the right speed to
cope with a huge state budget deficit caused by low oil prices.
