T he Muslim cleric from the city of Batangas walked up to
Archbishop Ramon Arguelles and held out his hand. "I am Imam
Abdul Karim," he said, introducing himself. "I want to join you

The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on May 17 ruled that the state Department of Environmental Protection failed a statutory mandate that requires it to "promulgate regulations establishing a desired level of declining annual aggregate emission limits for sources or categories of sources that emit greenhouse gas emissions."
BENGHAZI, Libya, May 19 (Reuters) - A tanker that had been
blocked for three weeks in a stand-off over oil exports at the
eastern Libyan port of Marsa al-Hariga entered the port and
began loading on Thursday, officials said.
