NEW YORK, June 7 (Reuters) - Famed oil bull Andy Hall's
Astenbeck Capital Management rose 5 percent in May for a third
straight month of gains as his bets on tightening oil supplies
paid off to give the hedge fund its best stretch of returns in
two years, an investor letter showed.
DUBAI, June 7 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's stock market rose
on Tuesday after the government announced details of its
economic reform plans, while an improved mood in global markets
lifted bourses elsewhere in the Middle East.

green bond sized at 1 billion euros ($1.1 billion) for
