ACCRA, July 7 (Reuters) - It is too close to call whether
Ghana's President John Mahama will win re-election in November,
but on one score success is starting to look attainable: the
government is on course to get through an election year without
triggering a fiscal crisis.

MOSCOW/MINSK, July 7 (Reuters) - When Russia annexed

Energy consumption in the steel industry is largely for crude steel production using basic oxygen furnace (BOF) and electric arc furnace (EAF) technologies. Overall energy intensity in EAF, used primarily to melt scrap steel, is significantly lower than in BOF which is used to create virgin steel from iron ore.

MEXICO CITY, July 6 (Reuters) - Delegates of Mexico, the
United States and Cuba met on Wednesday to discuss the limits of
the Western Polygon, an area in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico
that has oil and gas deposits but no clear boundaries, two
sources close to the discussion said.
