FRANKFURT, Aug 8 (Reuters) - European prompt power was mixed
on Monday, with German prices rising on tighter renewables
supply while prices in France dropped on falling temperatures.

developments will be able to decide how a 1 billion pound ($1.3
billion) shale gas wealth fund should be spent, either by

Record-high consumption of natural gas for electric power generation drove this withdrawal.
