NEW YORK, Aug 12 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge denied a request
by shareholders of SunEdison Inc for an official
committee to represent them in the bankruptcy of the U.S.
renewable power plant developer, which the judge described as
"hopelessly insolvent."

MILAN, Aug 12 (Reuters) - Asian spot liquefied natural gas
(LNG) prices fell for a second week as Pacific producers added
supply and curbs on Nigerian output were to be lifted by the end
