ACCRA, Aug 18 (Reuters) - Ghana's President John Mahama said
on Thursday that a maritime boundary dispute with Ivory Coast
had affected the development of the new TEN oil field, but that
Ghana was nonetheless committed to a peaceful resolution of the
dispute.
WASHINGTON, Aug 18 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State John
Kerry will travel to Kenya, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia next week
for talks with senior government officials on regional issues,
the State Department said on Thursday.

BAGHDAD, Aug 18 (Reuters) - Iraq has resumed pumping oil
from fields operated by state-run North Oil Company (NOC) via a
Kurdish pipeline to Turkey, a spokesman for the oil ministry in
Baghdad said on Thursday.
