ATLANTA, Sept 13 (Reuters) - Holding signs and banners and
chanting "Oil Kills," protesters in Atlanta on Tuesday shouted
support for Native American activists trying to stop
construction of a North Dakota pipeline they say will desecrate
sacred land and pollute water.

UPDATE 3-Venezuela's PDVSA offers $7 bln bond swap to ease debt burden

oil company PDVSA on Tuesday proposed a bond swap for $7 billion
