KUWAIT, Oct 16 (Reuters) - Kuwait's emir ordered the
dissolution of parliament on Sunday, saying regional
developments and "security challenges" meant the national
assembly should choose fresh representatives.

KUWAIT, Oct 16 (Reuters) - Kuwait's emir, Sheikh Sabah
al-Ahmad al-Sabah, issued a decree on Sunday dissolving the
national assembly, the official KUNA state news agency reported.

FRANKFURT, Oct 16 (Reuters) - A German battery maker which
allows people to store and pool electricity said it has secured
76 million euros ($85 million) from venture capital investors,
including Chinese wind turbine and energy management group
Envision, to develop its systems.
