BEIJING, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Commodity trader Guangdong
Zhenrong Energy Co. Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding
with BP Plc for commercial cooperation on an oil refinery
in the Caribbean, according to a senior executive and a
statement from the Chinese company.
PARIS, Nov 9 (Reuters) - France would need to clarify with
the United States key issues such as the conflict in Syria,
Iran's nuclear deal and climate change, if Donald Trump became
the U.S. President, the country's foreign minister said on
Wednesday.
VIENNA, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Austrian oil and gas group OMV's
adjusted operating profit in the third quarter was above
