LONDON, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Russian tankers have smuggled jet
fuel to Syria through EU waters, bolstering military supplies to
a war-torn country where Moscow is carrying out air strikes in
support of the government, according to sources with knowledge
of the matter.
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 23 (Reuters) - Once at the heart of the
global spice trade, Malacca is pumping nearly $3 billion into an
ambitious plan to put itself in demand in a different hot
commodity - oil.
